Our Timetable

At our gym, we believe boxing is for everyone, from those taking their first steps into the sport to athletes competing at the highest level. Our classes are structured to help every boxer grow in skill, confidence, and character, surrounded by a supportive community and expert coaching.

Development Class

Our Development group is open to everyone aged 9 and above, a welcoming and family friendly environment where boxers of all abilities can learn, grow, and enjoy the sport.

Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday, focusing on building strong fundamentals, improving fitness, and developing confidence. It’s the perfect starting point for beginners or those looking to move toward the Carded Boxers pathway.

This is where our community comes together, supporting each other, celebrating progress, and sharing a passion for boxing in a fun, safe, and encouraging atmosphere.

England Boxing Carded Boxers Class

This is our high-performance group, home to dedicated athletes ready to take their boxing to the next level. The class brings together rising young talents, open-class competitors, elite fighters, and professionals who are serious about success.

Training runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with Saturday morning sparring sessions. Most carded boxers competing regularly also train daily, demonstrating the focus, resilience, and work ethic it takes to perform at the top level.

This program is for those committed to pushing boundaries, refining their craft, and chasing excellence ,both inside and outside the ring.
